Faye johnson

Secretary

Hello everybody. My name is Faye Johnson. I reside in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Fun fact… I am a native Californian! I recently retired in December 2018 from a professional career spanning 43 years in the communication field where I held a multitude of positions. I have loved the Lord for 43 years and have been blessed to be involved in intercessory prayer, children's ministry, choir, dance and motivational speaking(business market place and community service), along with various ministry teams through out the years. Some hobbies I enjoy are traveling, shoe shopping, football, dancing and decorating for events. I have been serving at Cucamonga Christian Fellowship for approximately 10 years where I am actively involved in their teaching team ministry, discipleship and intercessory prayer. I am also wonderfully blessed to help develop 2nd year students at QTI at the Refuge Community located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA for 3 years. I have also taught and preached in other churches in the community, as well as serving in the Wailing Women intercessory prayer for California. I received a masters degree in healing, counseling, and deliverance. My thesis was on Transformational Thoughts Therapy for those who have experienced abandonment and rejection I am the developer of “The Gathering” place ministry for fellowship gatherings, serving opportunities, and prayer. I am excited for the relationships we will share during this amazing time in our lives.

Statement of Faith

At LookUp Foundation, we are a Christ-centered organization committed to embodying the love, compassion, and truth of Jesus Christ. We believe in the power of Jesus to bring healing, restoration, and transformation to individuals and communities. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we seek to be instruments of God's grace, serving those affected by homelessness, incarceration, and generational poverty so they may experience the hope and purpose found in a relationship with Christ.

Our core beliefs include:

  1. God the Father
We believe in one God, the Creator and Sustainer of all life, who is all-loving, merciful, and just. He desires a personal relationship with each of us and calls us to share His love with others.

    • “The Lord is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.” – Psalm 145:8

    • “For in Him we live and move and have our being.” – Acts 17:28

  2. Jesus Christ
We believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who was sent to Earth as Savior and Redeemer. Through His death and resurrection, we have forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life. Christ is our model of compassion and service, calling us to love, forgive, and empower others as He did.

    • “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” – John 3:16

    • “For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.” – Mark 10:45

  3. Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, who empowers, guides, and comforts us. The Holy Spirit equips believers to serve in our communities, to bring about healing, and to confront spiritual strongholds that hinder freedom and transformation.

    • “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.” – John 14:26

    • “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.” – Luke 4:18

  4. The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, providing guidance, truth, and wisdom for every aspect of life. It is the foundation of our faith and the source of strength, hope, and healing for those we serve.

    • “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.” – 2 Timothy 3:16

    • “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” – Psalm 119:105

  5. The Church and the Five-Fold Ministry
We believe in the global Church, the body of Christ, which exists to proclaim the gospel, build community, and serve as the hands and feet of Jesus on Earth. We also affirm the Five-Fold Ministry (Ephesians 4:11-13), believing that God has given apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to equip and edify the Church. At LookUp, we value these diverse gifts and seek to equip believers to find and fulfill their unique callings to serve others and expand God’s Kingdom.

    • “And He gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.” – Ephesians 4:11-12

    • “Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.” – 1 Corinthians 12:27

  6. The Seven Mountains of Influence
We believe that God calls believers to bring His influence and transformation into every area of society. These areas, often called the Seven Mountains of Influence—Family, Religion, Education, Media, Arts & Entertainment, Government, and Business—are crucial places where believers can demonstrate the Kingdom of God through love, integrity, and service. At LookUp, we seek to empower individuals to become godly leaders and positive influences in their communities and industries.

    • “And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail, and you shall only go up and not down, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God.” – Deuteronomy 28:13

  7. Mission of Restoration and Empowerment
We believe that God calls us to be active agents of change in our communities, helping people move from brokenness to wholeness and from dependence to self-sufficiency. Through mentoring, training, and life skills development, we empower individuals to become thriving members of society.

    • “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.” – Isaiah 61:1

At LookUp Foundation, our faith fuels our mission. We stand firm in our commitment to glorify God by serving the most vulnerable and seeing lives transformed by His love, healing, and redemption. We believe that as we empower individuals, they will not only change their own lives but will become ambassadors of God’s Kingdom in every sphere of influence.
